METHOD 1: SWITCH TO A BETTER INTERNET CONNECTION

So better switch to a strong internet connection (be it Cellular data or WiFi) and then try uploading the same video.

METHOD 2: CLEAR CACHE OF INSTAGRAM

Follow the steps given below to clear cache memory of Instagram app:

  • Go to Settings.
  • Scroll down to tap on Applications.
  • Select Instagram.
  • Tap on Clear Cache button.
  • Now try to upload the same video and check if the error still persists.

METHOD 3: RE-INSTALL INSTAGRAM

Follow the steps given below to re-install Instagram:

  • Go to Settings.
  • Scroll down to tap on Applications.
  • Select Instagram.
  • Tap on Uninstall button.
  • Now go to Google Play Store and install Instagram.
  • Try uploading the video and check if the error still persists.

METHOD 4: RE-EDIT VIDEO

In order to upload video on Instagram, it is necessary that video length is greater than 3 seconds and smaller than 60 seconds. If this is not the case then edit your video to make it in between 3 seconds and 60 seconds.
